Formerly, he held the position as CEO and President for Welle Holdings’, also known as 3K in North America for more than 13 years; Welle, A German based publicly traded conglomerate produces Office & Residential furnishings throughout Europe for worldwide distribution. Welle, remains one of the largest suppliers of product to Ikea Worldwide. With a great staff, he managed all North America product development & sales to more than 5,000 retail locations in the U.S.A, Canada, and Mexico. His position was also responsible for successful business unit acquisitions, financial auditing, leaseholds and site development while working closely with Price Waterhouse Coopers and PKF worldwide. Then a short 2 (two) year consulting position with CMA logistics as CFO prior to entering the conventional real estate industry.
