Ed Mulflur began his career in Real Estate in January 1987 at Marcus & Millichap where he was a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent and Investor. Here, his primary focuses were representing clients in the purchase or sale of apartments in the San Fernando Valley and purchasing distressed apartments in Los Angeles to create value and operate for cash flow.
In March of 2002, Ed left Marcus & Millichap, moving his position as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent and Investor over to RE/MAX Commercial in Sherman Oaks, CA in the same month. At RE/MAX he added to his specialties, focusing on representing clients in the purchase and sale of apartments, retail, office, and industrial properties across California, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Tennessee. He also purchased distressed and undervalued Commercial Real Estate such as the types previously mentioned to create value and retain for cash flow or trade.
After a short period as a Commercial Property Tax Appeal Consultant, Ed moved his position to Lee & Associates for 2 years, aligning himself with former agents from Marcus & Millichap. For these 2 years, Ed focused on apartments and net-leased investments.
Ed then moved back to RE/MAX Commercial and presently operates out of the Woodland Hills location, where he specializes in multi-family, retail, and single-tenant Commercial properties across California and the Country.
